What is the Home Networking Gateway Equipment Fee?
Hi, I recieved my bill, but I don't know what is the Home Networking Gateway Equipment Fee. Is that the fee of purchasing the modem? In my bill, I also have a partial month service, the Gateway Modem Equipment Fee. If the the Gateway Modem Equipment Fee is the fee for renting the modem per month, do I need to pay for the Home Networking Gateway Equipment Fee?

Home Networking service would be a separate charge for support and troubleshooting of the wireless for the device though it should not reference Equipment fee for it, unless there were two modem/Gateways or you changed from renting to buying one in that billing cycle. So the wording seems a little off. To take a look at the bill there and verify what is going on, can you email us at coxhelp@cox.com with the street address?
