What channels are in the various "paks?"
What channels are in the Faith & Values Pak? The Variety or Bonus paks? And all the other types of paks? Are there any paks that can be removed or added that will impact the bill? What kind of flexibility do we have?
Can we add or eliminate any features from our bill by doing it online? Where do we go to do that?

The various paks are all listed in our channel lineup page, and pricing can be found on its own page (but will not reflect any discounts or bundle pricing you may have). Some features may be added online here, but we do not currently have the ability to remove features online. The easiest and most flexible way to add and remove features is still to talk to our sales department, which for Burke can be reached at 703-378-8422 from 8-8 Mon-Fri and 8-6 Sat. (or for other areas you can find the numbers here).
