We're sorry. We are unable to complete your request at this time.

Every time I try to click "manage cox security suite plus" this message pops up. I've tried several different browsers and this is the only user connected to the account. I am trying to re-download the software onto my computer but can't due to this error.

What Cox plan do you have? They don't all come with the program.

Another possibility is the connection between Cox and the Mcafee site is broken for your account. Sometimes they have to virtually disconnect and reconnect your service in their system to fix the issue. Unless they have direct access to the data system.

Last, maybe a bless in disguise? Not a fan of Mcafee products. Any reason your not going with AVG or Avast? They are also free. Malwarebytes, CCleaner and Revo Uninstaller are also some great free utility programs. YMMV

There are better alternatives than this security suite. I wouldn't waste my time. Use Malwarebytes (find the Lifetime License one, still available at eBay and Newegg, don't waste money on the new Pro version, you have to pay yearly license fees) and Avast and you should be good. Forget Mcafee and Symantec based resource-sucking pig programs, I guarantee you will have headaches with those. AVG is a spammy virus app, I dare you to try to remove the browser toolbar garbage that it installs, you can turn it off but never remove it, and even turning it off requires hoop-jumping..bad bad bad program.
