Weekend Probs in Topeka

Are we the only family that seems to have problems chiefly on the weekends with our picture breaking up and having lines through it? We live in Topeka, Kansas, and tonight every channel we turn to has this. We can't watch anything without the annoying breakups! It seems to happen primarily on weekends.
