Why is it when I try to login to my web mail using my password, it just keeps resetting and asking for my password. does not allow me to see my emails.

If you're not getting any kind of error message at all it sounds like your login was successful but something is blocking the login cookie which will redirect you back to the login. I'd suggest clearing your browser's cookies/cache and resetting all settings to default and try again. If you have any Internet privacy software installed that could also be blocking cookies.
