Webmail problems
Wondering if I am having a common issue. For the last several months I have intermittent problems accessing my email account. Many times it brings up a bland email screen. Sometimes when I click to open an email or send one, it just locks up. This issue is fairly frequent occurring almost every day. Usually several times a day. If I open another website, there is no issue with connectivity.

When it locks out, do you get a error message? Sounds like maybe a issue with the Java applet normal webmail uses. Have you tried enhanced webmail? To use it, just check the box for "Enhanced webmail" on the signin screen at webmail.cox.net. It uses flash instead of java, which may work better for you.
