I go to check my webmail. it takes me to a place to buy high speed internet. I already have it, what the heck is going on. I don't need a speed advisor i need my email.

Same in Northwest Arkansas. It was working earlier this morning. All other areas seem to be working.

There was an outage earlier today with one of our servers which caused account lookups to fail for Webmail logins. Anyone still experiencing login issues should be able to login by clearing temporary files and cookies and trying again. POP and IMAP should not have been affected. Sorry for the trouble!

I'm having the same problem. When I sign in it takes me to another page instead of my e-mail. It doesn't do it all the time, just sometimes. I see where a lot of other people are having the same problem. It's got to be a glitch in cox's program but they haven't fixed it. It's been happening to me for a couple months now.

One page you will still occasionally be redirected to is the location interceptor, if you have cleared your cookies or if your cookie data has become corrupted.
