Web Site

I have called 3 times to ask why the web site is so slow when I try to retrieve my emails. I get the same response every time and I have done what they have asked and still it can take 1 to 2 minutes to delete 6 out of 10 emails in my in box. I am going to social media now to see if any other of your customers have the same problem. Please give your web site some attention. It is one of the slowest web mail sites on the web, no it is simply one of the slowest websites on the web not just slowest of web mail but slowest of all web sites I visit. It is slower then AOL.

Hi craiga,

Which web browser are you using to access Webmail?  Does this also happen on different devices, and using a different internet connection?

I have tried 3 different browsers, Chrome, IE, and FireFox. I have my Dell desktop, Dell mini and my wife's' laptop and I have the same latency problem on all of the devices I access my cox webmail with.

Hi craiga, do you encounter the same latency issue if you are connected to a WiFi connection outside the home?
