Web Mail
It seems that the email server is down. I can not access my webmail and it shows that I have 0 emails on my home page. Is there a problem with the server?

Mine must be down too. This also see to happen alot in the am. My service seems to getting worse

THE EMAIL SERVER HAS BEEN 'DOWN' FOR 4 MONTHS. WE ACTUALLY HAD TWO WEEKS WHEN EMAIL HAD BEEN WORKING BUT EMAIL SERVERS 'DOWN' IS THE NEW NORMAL.
We're currently working to resolve this as soon as possible.
THIS STATEMENT IS HILARIOUS SINCE COX HAS HAD THIS PROBLEM FOR 4 MONTHS AND HAS IS 'WORKING ON IT. NOBODY IS WILLING TO ADMIT IT BUT SINCE THE PROBLEM IS WORSE IN THE AM BUSY HOURS THE BASIC PROBLEM IS INSUFFICIENT INFRASTRUCTURE AND COX IS UNWILLING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I SUGGEST YOU FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FCC AND YOU WILL GET A WARM AND FUZZY CALL FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND CREDIT FOR ONE MONTH OF INTERNET SERVICE.
