Web mail folders
Two questions. Why when I sign in to my Cox web mail account after signing in it asks me to select a 'region'. The address bar clearly shows the town Im in but I have to put in my zip code or click on my city again? And also when I do get to web mail page all the folders (inbox, drafts, etc) work fine (Im assuming) but when I click on "sent mail" it comes up '500 servlet exception' with a whole page of code. And I have to exit out and start all over again signing in?

I sent up a ticket to have this looked at for you. There is a corrective script that our mail team needs to run to fix this for you. Check your private messages.
