walking dead hd

We can't watch Walking Dead at the regularly scheduled time so we try to catch up On Demand.  When we look for it on Monday nights there is no HD version.  There is standard and HD Talking Dead but not the most current episode.  It typically shows up either after we watch the standard episode, or later in the week.  When do Walking Dead HD episodes get added to On Demand?
