That is a very broad question. Would it be via IPsec? If so it should be automatic as long as you have the client and the server configured. What are you trying to create a VPN for?

You can't. This device doesn't have a VPN server on it. I also was unable to find a way to tell it to forward GRE/ESP/AH packets. You can only set it to forward TCP and UDP. The only way I was able to setup a VPN behind it was to us OpenVPN because it utilizes only TCP/UDP.
