viewing sent mail
When my husband is logged in to his webmail & clicks on Sent Mail, it is empty; no sent emails show up. Is there a setting that needs to be changed in order for him to view his sent mail?

The simple way is just to check the box "Save a copy" each time you want to, when sending a email. Or you can go to Settings > Preferences > Check off "By default, save a copy in Sent Mail folder".
