Upgraded to DOCSIS 3.0 - Same speed as DOCSIS 2.0

I upgraded to a SB6121 to take advantage of the double speed that was advertised to me in the mail, but I'm still receiving the same speeds as my DOCSIS 2.0.  The max I've gotten on the cox speed test was about 25 down.

I'm on cox preferred.  I noticed my make and model is listed as a RGI6121.  The model should be SB6121 that I provided when I called to setup the new modem.

Can someone see if my account is setup correctly for my new modem?
