upgraded service with latest modem but limited to 32 Mb/sec; why/

Upgraded service to 100Mb/sec and have the latest modem DPQ3212 but download speed is limited to 32 MB/sec. What is missing here?

Probably missing the DOCSIS 3,0 modem code on your account. Hopefully a moderator will help soon, but I think they are a little busy because of the ABC blackout issue.

If you already had a DOCSIS 3.0 modem for while I suspect the service code issue is likely not a factor.  Using wireless-G will also produce similar results to what you're seeing.  You may wish to try testing without the router to see if that helps any.
