::Ping:: Moderator; could OP's configuration/service code be checked?
Signal levels look good. Downstream is a bit high, but your signal to noise (SNR) looks strong, so I don't think thats a issue. Also, your latency looks good, so i don't think its packet loss. My guess is either firmware or configuration file, maybe both.
Also, are you doing these tests direct from PC to Modem? Or through a router?
Last, what tier do you have? Preferred?

I'm on the 50 Mbps package. Talk to tech support they said everything looked good. Sending someone out today to look at it. Weird thing was while talking to tech he would have me run speed test. The test would start off good (50-60 Mbps) then 3/4 of the way thru the test, it would start "lagging" out. the speed test numbers would start moving real slow and you could tell the speed had dropped significantly then the numbers would speed back up right when the test would finish and I would get a final speed of 10-15 Mbps. I need to video record it as it is hard to explain. Also these test were directly plugged into the modem.

Interesting. Try this test
After taking the test, click "Click Here for detailed analysis" and you should be able to Copy/paste the results. Don't be surprised if the tests gives lower results, its just the data were after.

Cable guy came, said it was my equipment, and left. Did get better results while he was here than I had been getting but it seems to be back to the way it was. Still seems like something is causing it to lag during the tests. Using my wifes laptop it was not as bad as when using mine, but it is still there. Here are results of requested test. Would not let me CnP
