Upgraded from 50mbps plan to 100mbps plan
So as the title says my family and I upgraded from the 50 mbps plan to the 100 mbps plan (sorry cant remember the names) and ever since the upgrade we have experienced a drop in mbps we averaged 5.5-6.1 mbps while downloading games in the first plan but now we only receive 3.2 mbps while downloading games after the upgrade, no other changes have been made otherwise.
I'm confused on this please help me understand, I didn't expect an increase in speed, I only expected it to stay the same, we only upgraded for the 700 gigs a month instead of the 350 gigs so I don't understand why our speed dropped after the upgrade. We also seem to be experiencing a small drop in loading speed for webpages.

The speed inwhich you download a game is more dependant of the game servers upload then your download. What results do you get from speedtest.net? And try to bypass the router while doing the test.
Also, when you upgraded did you get a new modem or router?

No I did not change any hardware or anything else.
I also never really checked my speed except for the last day of our plan we were running at like 54 mbps which never made sense to me. I checked again after the switch and it came back as a 32 mbps speed check.

The result was 32.6 mbps
