Ultimate Tier Internet, DOCSIS 3.0 Modem...capping at 10 and 10
I really don't know what the heck is going on. I've been getting increasingly aggravated with my internet these last couple of weeks. I did a speed test and I see this bull. Anyone have similar issue? I recently moved into a new apartment but I've had the service for about 4 years now.

Just thought that I'd add that the 10 upload and 10 download is on both my wireless connection and my wired connection.

Great news, with the wired connection I'm hitting between 86 and 94 down and between 22 and 25 up.
My next question is this: I'm paying to get up to 150 down but I'm consistently getting under 100. Is that still an issue elsewhere or should I just get the package below the one I'm currently paying for?
