When is Cox going to implement two-factor authentication for email? Internet security is becoming more treacherous, not less. I had asked on the Cox Facebook page and got a non-answer/public relations reply that "at the time it was not available yet." For Cox customers interested in securing their email account two-factor is essential. Absent Cox email having two-factor authentication does Cox recommend using gmail instead?
