TV/HD Cisco Box Signal Random Snowy Picture

As the subject line states, while watching tv, it will get a random snowy picture and no sound.  This would occur at times when I had a Motorola box connected to my Onkyo receiver via HDMI as well to a 1080p LED tv, about 6 months ago.

When I got the Cisco box, it was/is now connected to a Denon AV receiver via HDMI to a new 4K TV.  The TV is connected to the AV receiver via HDMI.  When I got the new receiver and TV, I replaced the HDMI cables.

I then checked all coax-cable connections for looseness and everything was good, minus the coax-cable going to my cable-modem from Cox (non-issue).  I've replaced the HDMI cable from the Cisco box to the AVR, in hopes that it was the culprit...  no-go, the channels still go snowy randomly.

The odd thing with this, is that it occurs almost exclusively during the day and early evening hours and never at night...  This does not make any sense.

The Cisco box is less than 2 months old, placed in a AV cabinet on it's own shelf with ventilation as well and is not overly warm to the touch.

As you can see, this issue is present with different AV equipment.  The only difference is that with the new Cisco HD box, is that the frequency of the snowy picture is MORE frequent and is during a loose time-frame.

As a note, the only way to get my signal back is to restart either the Cisco HD box or the AVR; sometimes only restarting the Cisco will work.

Any suggestions???

We will need to take the receiver out and connect the Cisco box straight to the TV. Please try this one morning and let me know if the issue continues.
