Tv pixelated

Why does my tv pixelate when I'm using my iPad or home computer?  This just started a couple days ago.  Internet is intermittent a lot lately.  I've been on hold with customer service for 20 minutes and counting!!

Are you see the picture pixelate on any channel you watch or only certain ones? Can you run a speed test and tell me what speeds you are getting?
