I would like to removed two packs from my account that I am not using at all.
1) Latino Pack
2) Values
It is possible ?

Just call your local Cox phone number, to remove the Latino Pak
If you meant Variety Pak also call Cox, if you meant Faith & Values Pak see below...
The Faith & Values Pak (and Bonus Pak) is usually included at no charge with any other paid Pak, not sure it can be removed.

Bryaninphx is right, we can remove anything but the Bonus and Faith & Values as they are included at no charge. If you will email us at cox.help@cox.com with your account information, request and PIN we will be happy to complete this change for you.
