Sounds like the site is either having a hard time detecting the cookie that is saved when you enter in you Zip code, or it doesn't recognize or have a listing for that Zip code. Maybe try deleting your temp files and cookies and trying the State/Town menu instead of zip code?

I'm not having any issue with the listing when I check your ZIP code, so the first thing is to make sure cookies and javascript are enabled for cox.com and cox.net (see http://bit.ly/ManagePCbrowsers for general help), and to clear your cookies and temporary files as Health Edge suggests. Also, if you log in with any user ID on your cox.net account, it should automatically set your location to the right lineup.

If that doesn't do it, let us know and we'll troubleshoot further.

I have cleared the cookies, made sure Java is enable, cleared history and everything I could think of that might hinder, but still getting this message: We're sorry, we can't find this part of the page right now. Any ideas?

Whats your Zip code? If we can't replicate the issue then it must be something with the computer. If nothing else I can download the PDF and post it?

My zip is 92064

I tried a different browser to no avail. I don't have a second computer.

Ok, I tried 1 more thing, on the small chance, I rebooted and it works now. Strange, but it worked.

Great. I was just about to download it when I noticed I cant do attachments here. Woops.

Wonder if maybe it was a DNS cache issue, or maybe a flash update. Oh well, another minor mystery solved.
