I received two different emails about my first bill as it became available. This made sense because my service was transferred to another address in the same month as my first month of service. The amounts in the emails reflected what the bill should have been, and I was prepared to pay the second, updated amount.
However, when I logged on to pay my bill on the date it was due, it shows a $0 amount due. I know this isn't right, and I'm a bit confused on if I should still make the payment shown in the email or not. I have not signed up for automatic payments, nor have I made any payments.
Help???

I would suggest calling Cox's billing department. This forum is for technical related subjects.

Health Edge is correct in that our forums are for technical issues but I believe I know what's going on. It sounds as though your user ID is still tied to your former account. When you have a moment please email cox.help@cox.com with your full name, current address, affected user ID and Cox PIN so we can get this squared away for you.
