Tiling on one channel
I am experiencing tiling on one channel, HD 1041, on one TV. A previous forum post addressed a similar issue. The Cox rep suggested going through the step-by-step for tiling help guide. This was done with no success. The rep then stated "Pixelation/Tiling/freezing can sometimes be present in the original feed provided by the broadcaster. If this is the case, it would be uncorrectable." This may not be a Cox issue, BUT, as a paying customer, I feel like I am being told to *** it up. It may not be a direct fault of Cox, but consumers are paying for a faulty product, and basically being told "too bad." If there are problems with transmission from the source, and Cox is a subscriber to that source, and I am a subscriber to Cox, perhaps Cox should consult their rep from their provider and get the problem resolved. There's always satellite.

Hello Tiled,
If this issue is happening on only one tv, then this is not a broadcaster issue. It could be a signal issue to that particular room in the home or the box itself. Does the cable line running to the box in question have a splitter attached to it?
