Since when does it require a technician to come to my house to "bond the channels" of a TG2472 so that I get more than 8 channels? Is this true? Seems absurd to me.

Why does MoCA "disable" every night and after reboots with our new CGM4141 Cox modem/router?

I've had Ultimate Internet for a year now, I recently changed from an SB6141 (8-channel) to the TG2472 to take advantage of the 300 Mbps, and I had all 24 channels bonding right off the bat. I disabled the wireless radios on the TG2472 then hooked it up to my Netgear R7000 and put that in AP mode.

Unless there's a signal issue which needs to be addressed I wouldn't think a tech needs to come either. I can push the firmware back out to the modem to see if that helps, but need to make you aware it will reset the modem. Since it's a telephone modem also I need to let you know phone service will be interrupted during the reboot. Let me know when is a good time to do this.

We only have one version of firmware available from what I saw when I looked, but I don't recall the version. Would you like me to try a push?

sorry I missed your reply. I've pushed the firmware and will give the modem time to load it and reboot before I review the device again. Yoiu may need to pick up and hang up the phone to help complete the self test on the line.

no problem just wanted to make sure you didn't attempt to send it and have it not go through. Based on the info it seems to have rolled back the FW version and still no sign of anything higher than 8x4 channels. below is the current screen capture followed by the
previous.

Here is a comparison to my HW/FW Versions page if it helps: *EDIT* just realized I was looking at your 'previous FW' screenshot, our FW versions match now.
