Terrible speeds happening more frequently.

I have been having extremely slow internet. Sometimes if i reset my modem it starts working again other times it wont. I have attached my modem logs showing several T3 time-out errors. Any help would be great.

What are your signal levels? Should find them on the Connect tab. My guess is a high upstream.

What model modem do you have? Looks Motorola/Arris by logs. There should be a tab that gives more data about your different downstream and upstream channels. I assume this is a D3 modem?

The main issue is your downstream Signal to Noise Ratio(SNR) is low. Should be above 35 dB. 36 is ideal. I am surprised it is online at all at 26. Also, judging by the still normal power level(S), either there is noise(N) being amplified bad a bad amp, or there is local (in house) interference. Can you describe how the cable gets from the street to the modem? Above/under ground? Splitters? Amps?
