We can look into this for you. We just have a few questions: Are you are tuning to the channel straight to your TV set or are you using a cable box? Are you getting an error message when you tune to TBS? What is your zip code?

What Cox Digital receiver are you using? Are you tuning to channel 2 or 2002? Is there a Reference # associated with the “to subscribe” message?
