SyFy Now app does not work anymore

Syfy Now app stopped working. Apps for other networks run fine on demand, except SyFy Now app show error stating it can not find provider.  Why?  We pay for it yet have not had access to SyFy Now for two weeks. 

please provide reason why it stop working.

Hello Beachvogel,

That does not sound good at all. did you choose Cox as the provider when trying to sign in?
