Switched to DOCSIS 3.0 but still getting 27MB download speeds on premier account.

Question

Just recently upgraded my modem from Docsis 2.0 to Docsis 3.0 (motorola SB6121) but I'm still get speed 32mbps. I live in Virginia Beach, VA.  Anyone having the same issue? From searching the forum it seems like most people having issue with old service code on their account. I called today to ensure my service code  was up to date and i was provisioned for the speed. The individual was very helpful, but unable to solve the problem. Any ideas?

What router do you have?  Is this 32Mbps wired or WiFi?  If this is wireless, please try testing wired directly to the modem, bypassing the router, and post the result.  Thanks
