Support for Amazon Fire tablets

When I log into cox connection with my tablet it says I need adifferent browser, and will not let me proceed. The default browser for Amazon is Silk. Why is it that you support Apple tablets which use Safari and Android tablets with Chrome and Windows tablets with several browsers but do not support the Amazon tablets.
