streaming apps stopped working with SB6183

Last night all my streaming Apps stopped working.  This is day 2 after "upgrading" from a Zoom 5341j to a Arris sb6183.  Can a tech check my stats or make sure everything went smooth.  i had to choose sb6182 from the drop down menu when i first got it.

thanks
