SSL_ERROR_BAD_MAC_READ

Hi!

I cannot seem to connect to a Pearson website, https://ashford.waypointoutcomes.com, when using my Cox internet connection. When using Firefox, I get this error: SSL_ERROR_BAD_MAC_READ. When using Chrome I get this error: ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH. My time and date is set correctly on my laptop.  

When I use my laptop on someone else's WiFi network or the hotspot on my iPhone, I can access that site just fine.  

Any ideas???
