Speed of internet in RI
I have the premier package, which is advertised as 100 download, yet I can't get past 63 on a wired computer. The wireless is just beyond useful some days. I'm not sure why I am paying all of this money, when I am constantly losing the connection or it is so slow, that I can't even get a movie to stream. Anyone have any thoughts!

Sorry Nicole, this is a new game customers are playing. They give as little info as possible and then you have 3 guesses to see what the problem is. Don't you know thats what the ESP program is for?
