speed drops

I am experiencing wildly changing download speeds ranging from 59 mbs to 1 mbs. I checked all of my devices and all are operating normally. Is there an issue in the 85248 zip code area?

Hi Neb, try a quick reset of your network equipment. Unplug the power cord from the modem and the router for a couple of minutes, then plug the power back in and let the equipment restart.
