Since I switched to Windows 10 about a month ago, I have begun receiving up to 12-15 emails each day selling 'blue pills' for men. I seldom received more than t or 2 a month previously. It may be just a coincidence or could it have something to do with the new software? If something changed, it needs fixing.

Your operating system upgrade really shouldn't affect your Cox email. Prior to the upgrade what method(s) did you use to check your email? has any of that changed since the upgrade to Windows 10?

No - email access is the same - Firefox and cox.net.
