This filter is totally dysfunctional. And it's annoying to have so many legitimate e-mails labeled SPAM. And forwarding these e-mails to your "This is Not Spam" address does nothing! Basically, I need this filter totally turned off. And I cannot do so via any of your tool sets.

I don't believe that is possible. I'm not a fan of their spam filters either, that is why I don't use cox.net email. Have you looked into alternatives?

At this time, your best setting would be "Mark as Spam and deliver to Inbox" but please use the feedback form on the right side of the webmail page to submit your suggestion for an option to turn the Spam filter off completely.

I made that suggestion at least 5 years ago. Nothing has happened and the filter is still as bad as it was then When I complained the spam filter was deleting outgoing mail without notifying me, the sender, I was told by level 2 support "it's our network and we can do whatever we want". Good luck getting someone to listen.
