Some email not being forwarded to gmail

Some, but not all of my email is not being pop'd to gmail. The behavior started on the 8/18. Can you tell me what the problem is, and how to fix it. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to the failures. Mail from my bank (of America) and my daughter are affected.

Hi Dickie, what email program are you using? Are you forwarding emails out of your Cox Webmail to your Gmail account? Or are you using third party email software like Outlook?
