Slow upload speeds

I am an ultimate customer in El Cajon and only getting about 5-10Mbps upload speed for the past few days.  Download is fine at 120Mbps although has been dropping down to 50 earlier today.  Had this issue a month ago and it turned out to be an issue somewhere in the neighborhood.  When they corrected the neighborhood issue, upload jumped to 30.  Any chance something happened again?  The signal on the modem looks clean.

Looking at the modem from this end the transmit power levels being reported are actually a little bit low.  35-50 would be considered acceptable although in the 40's would be idea.  This may or may not be your actual issues however, are you able to try running some speed tests on our page with and without the router?

That speed test was run without the router...

Life, however, is not without its interesting turns...  This morning I saw two trucks in front of my house working on the box in across the street.  Like magic, the devices in my house have stopped complaining and here is the latest speed test from the cox.com site.
