Slow speeds with Ultimate

I am only getting 60Mbps of download running tests wired directly from my modem.  I am paying for 150Mbps.  Is there anyway you all could check the signals to my modem and make sure the right speed code is set for my account?  I am running an SB 6141.

Thank you

There do not appear to be any signal or packet loss issues there, the services do match up though the SB 6141 is showing a newer version of firmware that we can send to it. Is there a time that is more convenient for us to send it? As it will disconnect the modem for 5 to 10 minutes in that process.

The modem should be updated to the current supported firmware at this point, please let us know if you are still seeing any issues.

Due to my connection being unstable, I changed modems to a SB6182.  I am only getting around 90Mbps with that.  Can you check to see if the correct speed codes are on my account and that the modem has the most up to date software and configuration?

Thank you

Also, the power levels on the modem seem a bit high. 1 Locked QAM256 49 813000000 Hz 8.4 dBmV 40.3 dB 11 0 2 Locked QAM256 50 819000000 Hz 8.7 dBmV 40.3 dB 7 0 3 Locked QAM256 51 825000000 Hz 8.9 dBmV 40.4 dB 5 0 4 Locked QAM256 52 831000000 Hz 9.2 dBmV 40.8 dB 8 0 5 Locked QAM256 57 861000000 Hz 10.2 dBmV 40.8 dB 3 0 6 Locked QAM256 58 867000000 Hz 10.3 dBmV 41.3 dB 4 0 7 Locked QAM256 59 873000000 Hz 10.3 dBmV 40.9 dB 4 0 8 Locked QAM256 60 879000000 Hz 10.2 dBmV 40.9 dB 4 0

The Service codes are showing correct for the modem, the signal levels are still out of range on the second set of channels it should be below 10 db for the last four. Are you seeing the speeds changing through the day or is it constantly about 90 Mbps down?

Thank you for your assistance.  Hopefully we can find the issue and get the speed to the level I am paying.

Tech came and went. He put a filter on and got the power levels down to: 1 Locked QAM256 49 813000000 Hz 6.8 dBmV 41.7 dB 232 0 2 Locked QAM256 50 819000000 Hz 7.1 dBmV 41.9 dB 218 0 3 Locked QAM256 51 825000000 Hz 7.3 dBmV 41.9 dB 218 0 4 Locked QAM256 52 831000000 Hz 7.6 dBmV 41.9 dB 194 0 5 Locked QAM256 57 861000000 Hz 8.6 dBmV 41.9 dB 109 0 6 Locked QAM256 58 867000000 Hz 8.5 dBmV 42.0 dB 111 0 7 Locked QAM256 59 873000000 Hz 8.4 dBmV 42.0 dB 72 0 8 Locked QAM256 60 879000000 Hz 8.3 dBmV 41.8 dB 78 0 But my speeds are still terrible. I am getting around 50Mbps. I have logged a few tests through your server so you can see the results. One explanation I was given by the tech was that there was congestion in my area. That is great. Why am I paying for a service that can not be provided then? I am still hopeful that this can be resolved. So far, I have had Ultimate for about a month and have seen the speeds for less than 10 percent of that time.
