Slow speed
I just paid to upgrade my speed from preferred to Premier and I'm still getting around 28-32mbps on my Surfboard 6141 docis 3.0 modem.
I've rebooted the modem but that doesn't seem to help at all.
Can you please check it.

Did you upgrade your modem at same time you upgraded your plan? If so, someone from Cox would need to look at your account and make sure you have the correct service code.
If not, are you connected direct to the SB6141?

Is that what you were getting on preferred? I'm on preferred and pull 50-60Mbps.

I'm in chat right now with Cox.. It's connected to a netgear 6100.. not a cheap router.
