Slow speed
My speed keeps bottoming out. In fact it is such a bad speed even the speed check times out. was lousy last night and was okay first thing this morning but now it is back to bottoming out what is up with this?

We can look into that further for you. I had responded to you on another post, how are you connected - are you wired or wireless? Have you tested the speed direct to the modem?

I had tried to test the speed but got a time out error I am hooked up via a modem and a router but the desktop is connected via cable to the router

Can you run some speed tests on both the wired and wireless connections? I would like to see what those results are. After you run those tests, I would recommend resetting the modem and router then run the tests again to see if they improve.
