Slow internet

 since Mon. am... have restarted modem and router 2x and it seems normal for 5 seconds then returns to sloooowwww! Plwase help.

Looking from this end nothing appears to be out of the ordinary with the connection.  I'd suggest trying to test the connection without the router and seeing if the speed issues persist.
