Slow Internet Speed Help!
Is anyone experiencing slow internet speed in the Santa Barbara area? For the last few days i have been running speed test at different times during the day and I can't get pass 33mb, I am current paying for premier so I should be getting closer to 100 mb.

We can take a look to see why your getting such low speeds. Could you send us an email to cox.help@cox.com with the following information: your full address and the primary name on the account. Also let us know in the email if you have any splitters connected to your coaxial cable going to the modem.
