Slow Connection Speed

Hi,

I just recently got a new modem (DDW365) and tested my speeds using your tool online and I only get around 12Mbps for downloads but I'm paying for the preferred service.  Can someone help?  I saw other posts where a service code needed to be updated is that the problem?

I took a look and I don't see anything unusual in terms of problems.  Have you tried both wired and wireless connections to see if there is any difference?
