Shoddy Internet
Since the beginning of May I've had trouble with my internet. Service drops and comes back on again randomly. Every day.
Someone from cox came to fix it two days ago, they changed the cables and left. My internet was strong for a couple of hours and now the problem is back. In the last hour it has disconnected at least 4 times. What is wrong with it?

See my postings in the "internet and phone drop-out problem" thread in this same forum. I had a somewhat similar problem and solved it by swapping out the Cisco internet/phone modem for a new one.
