How do I get anyone to listen when asking for service in my area??? I am currently paying about $400 a month for internet service because I live about 9 miles out of Claremore, OK. It is really frustrating when Cox is advertising higher speeds, reliability, etc. for current customers, but what about those who WANT the service and cannot. Can't Cox move some money spending to help the outlining areas?

I am confused. Who are you paying 400$ a month if Cox isn't available in your area? Also, how did you post here if you didn't have a Cox account? Cox can only provide service to the area's that have ownership of. Can only have 1 cable provider in a given area.
