Unfortunatly canceling your account via forum isn't something they can do, since you would need to post your account number and other private things. Maybe try emailing them at cox.help@cox.com? Or if you can dial 800 numbers internationally, they can be reached 9-5 (I think?) at 866-961-0027. Thats a tough situation. I did some googling, and I don't know what branch your in but the Army has the SFA that can reached at  (800) 790-0963. Hope that helps. Good luck. ::Salute::

While we usually required a phone call to cancel services, we can make an exception due to your circumstances. Please send an email to Cox.Help@Cox.com with the following information:

• The full name of account holder 
• The complete service address, including city, state, and unit number (if applicable)
• The Cox Four digit PIN and the answer to the security question "childhood pet's name"
• A description of the issue/request to completely close the account
• The APO or PPO address so we can send you a final statement

Also, please put Attention Dina in the subject line of the email. Dina says she can process this for you today if we receive your email during eastern standard time business hours!
