service on tv

My tv is having problems with sound. Some channels I cannot get volume on, and other stations come in spanish when it is supposedly an english channel. What can I do to get this fixed. I miss seeing my favorite shows!

Hello jagrant56,

Please check the SAP settings on your TV and cable box. Make sure that it is not set to the wrong setting.
