Server down, lost email connections
The Cox server went down two days ago leaving me without our PC Microsoft Outlook and iPhone email connections. Contacted support they got our web mail back but not the other two. Have confirmed all settings are correct, any suggestions?

What are the error messages you are getting from the Iphone and Outlook for the account?
Also are you connecting to the Pop or Imap servers for incoming and is it effecting outgoing email as well?
